    • Upon selecting your desired products and proceeding to checkout, you can complete your purchase using your DGCE wallet or a valid credit/debit card.
    • Confirmation of your order will be sent via SMS & E-mail associated with your DGCE account. This SMS/E-mail will include your unique order number. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided mobile number/e-mail address.
  5. Hold Options:
    • Following your successful purchase, you have two options for your acquired metal products:
      • a) Hold for Price Appreciation: You can choose to hold your purchased metal products within your DGCE wallet. This allows you to hold your metal assets and monitor market fluctuations. You can then sell your stored metal through the DGCE platform at a later date, potentially profiting from favorable price movements. Any profits from the sale will be credited to your DGCE wallet.
      • b) Physical Delivery: You can request physical delivery of your purchased metal products at any time.
  6. Resale Option (if applicable):
    • If DGCE offers a resale option, the terms and conditions governing resales will be available on the website and may be subject to change.
    • The resale price will be determined by the prevailing market rate for the respective Product at the time of the resale transaction, as determined by DGCE.
  7. Physical Delivery Request and Associated Charges:
    • To request physical delivery, you must initiate the request through the DGCE platform.
    • Please be aware that requesting physical delivery will incur the following additional charges, which you are responsible for paying:
      1. Value Added Tax (VAT)
      2. Premium Charges
      3. Shipping Charges

    • 4.2 - International Delivery: International deliveries can take up to twenty-one (21) working days after the product delivery request created from your DGCE Account Dashboard. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs regulations, and other factors beyond our control.
    • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
    • We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.
  9. No Refund Policy:
    • All sales of Products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases of manufacturing defects as determined by DGCE.
